FOUNDER
Kate Hardcastle MBE
Kate is a singer turned band manager turned global business guru. She has spent the last 25 years working around the world, either on tour as a singer or in her second career, helping global businesses succeed.
You’ll find Kate on TV, radio, social media and in the world of podcasts, sharing her cutting-edge business insights. She makes regular appearances on the BBC, Sky and in Forbes.
Keen to give back, Kate is truly passionate about helping small businesses and every year donates 20% of her time to hosting mentoring sessions and workshops for hundreds of micro-businesses, all free of charge.
Kate had the genius idea of combining her experience of global business with all that she learnt from the music industry. In 2020, after she hooked up with old friends from the business industry including our very own Steve Guest, Rock ‘n’ Roll Business was born.
On a mission to share the secrets of success from the stars of a rapidly evolving industry, Kate packed her case and went on tour to meet some of the world’s biggest music icons. The journey has taken her from Abbey Road to Nashville and LA and even to Yorkshire (yes – a secret venue in the heart of the county has welcomed everyone from Rhianna to Coldplay…).
As the founder of Rock ‘n’ Roll Business, Kate is back with a stellar line up of podcast interviews and some amazing insights learned from the world of the music. She wants to share these with you, with businesses of all sizes and in all sectors.
